We have extensive experience in technical event management for all types of events, and provide our client’s with design, planning and management services. Our services would include the following:

Event Design – From day one, designing the basic framework for the event to work in, from the concept, design, budget, and planning of the event. This would include the site logistics, services, man power requirements, technical specification for sound, lighting, video and staging, and sourcing suitable content for any event.

Planning – Providing the client with a day to day schedule for the set-up period, the event period and the breakdown period. Providing the necessary staff and resources to accomplish all the tasks.

Technical Design – to provide a technical brief for the event, complete with a working budget, so that the Client can go to tender for the necessary services. And where necessary, to arrange and manage these Service Providers under our banner.

Management – Once the event has been designed, budgeted and approved, to manage the event from Day 1 to make sure that all goes according to plan, and according to budget, and that the desired result is achieved.
