RENTALS

We have a Rental Division specializing in the supply of equipment and services for the corporate market. We supply sound systems, video screens and projectors, delegate conference systems, lighting systems and staging for events such as conferences, meetings, concerts, and general events.

Event Management
We offer Event Management services for large scale public and corporate events; providing a comprehensive event management service to clients, from the detail design and planning stage, budget design, site management, and final day to day management of the set-up, the event itself, and the breakdown.

Equipment Rentals
We offer an equipment rental service, which includes the full set-up, operation and clearing service. The equipment is of exceptional high standard, aimed specifically at the corporate market.

For conferencing, meetings, presentations: data projection, seamless switching, playback, sound systems, wireless microphones, presentation lighting, delegate conference systems, recording of meetings.

For public events: outdoor sound, lighting and video systems, for audience sizes ranging from small indoor functions to large outdoor open air functions.

Staging requirements: from small indoor staging, to outdoor stages, we will specify, design and provide the necessary structures required for the event.

For professional music and theatre productions, we will provide the full systems required, technicians, and technical design for the event.

Technical services - Our qualified and experienced technicians will take care of the entire set-up, from the design / quoting phase, through to the set-up and actual operation of the event.

Video Presentation Equipment
We have a selection of projection screens, from 2m to 3.6m, projectors up to 4500 ANSI Lumens, to
offer multi-screen presentations. Added to this, extras such as seamless switching, DVD playback,
flipcharts, etc.

Sound Systems
From small, neat presentation systems to full scale live music systems for banquets, concerts, etc.
Mixers, microphones, monitoring, effects, etc.

 Stage lighting - Lighting for conference presentations, soft lighting for banquets, stage lighting for performers on stage, moving lights, effects, etc.

Staging - Indoor staging - from small risers for conferences to indoor stages for performers, etc.

We keep the basic rental stock in house at all times required for
most events, and should you have a special need for any type
of equipment, or any quantity of equipment for your event, we
will arrange this for you.
